1. What data we collect
When you register and use the Platform, we collect:
- Account data: email, password (stored encrypted)
- Profile data: first and last name, phone, city, company name, industry
- Resume data: work experience, skills, education, languages, photo, photos of completed work
- Job data: title, description, requirements, city, salary
- Applications and messages: who you applied to, messages between candidate and employer, scheduled meetings
- Answers to employer questionnaires, if you filled them in
- Reviews and ratings you left or received
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, visit time
2. How we use the data
- Providing Platform services (resume creation, job posting)
- Connecting candidates and employers
- Preparing resume, job, and post text with AI
- Sending notifications (resume views, applications, replies to applications)
- Protecting the Platform from abuse and counting free AI requests
- Improving the Platform
3. What other people can see
This is the most important section — please read all of it.
- Open to ANYONE with the link (including unregistered people and search engines): your resume page sendcv.co.il/cv/name — name, occupation, experience, skills, education, languages, city, photo, work photos, reviews received about you. Job pages and company pages are open the same way.
- Visible only to registered users: your phone and email. The phone can be hidden entirely in your settings — then nobody sees it.
- Visible to an employer whose job you applied to: your resume, contacts, your answers to their questionnaire, your messages with them.
- Visible to employers in the candidate database: your profile, unless you removed yourself from the database in settings.
- Visible to nobody but you: your password, your private notes, messages with other companies.
At any time you can hide your resume, remove yourself from the candidate database, hide your phone, or delete your account.
Note: while the page was open, third-party services may have saved or indexed it — search engines, social networks, individuals. Deleting the page with us does not delete other people's copies.
4. Who we share data with
We do not sell your data to third parties. Data may be shared with:
- Other Platform users — to the extent described in section 3
- Service providers: Supabase (database), Anthropic (AI text preparation), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email delivery)
- Government authorities — where required by law
When you press "Share" yourself and publish a job-search post or a job listing on Facebook, Telegram, or WhatsApp, that data goes to the social network and is governed by its rules, not ours.
5. Data processed by artificial intelligence
To prepare resume, job, or post text, the Platform sends the details you entered to an external service — Anthropic (Claude). This covers resume content, job descriptions, and questions you ask the AI assistant.
We send only what is needed to prepare the text. Passwords, payment details, and other people's contacts are not sent.
If you do not want your data processed by AI, do not use the text-preparation features or the AI assistant: the rest of the Platform works without them.
6. Data protection
We use password encryption, HTTPS, and row-level security rules in the database. Access is restricted so that a person sees only what section 3 allows.
No storage method offers a complete guarantee. If a breach affecting your data occurs, we will notify you and act as the law requires.
7. Where and how long data is stored
Data is stored on Supabase servers (Frankfurt, EU) in line with European data protection standards (GDPR). That means the data leaves Israel.
We keep data while your account is active. Applications and messages are kept after a job closes — that is both sides' history.
8. Account deletion and what happens to data
You can delete your account at any time in settings.
- Profile, resume, the /cv/name page, photos and work photos — deleted, the page stops opening
- Jobs and company data — deleted together with the employer account
- Applications and messages — remain with the OTHER side as their history, but without your contacts
- Reviews you left about companies — remain, anonymised
- Technical records (logs, AI request counters) — kept for a limited time to protect against abuse
If something else needs deleting, write to us — we consider each request.
9. Your rights
You have the right to:
- Request a copy of your data
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your account and related data
- Withdraw consent to data processing
- Request removal from the candidate database while keeping your account
- Complain about a review about you — the procedure is described in the Terms of Use

10. Cookies
The Platform uses cookies to keep your login session and remember the chosen language. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy. We will notify you of changes by email or on the Platform.
