The SendCV Israel platform ("the Platform", "the Service") is located at sendcv.co.il and is intended for job and staff search in Israel. By registering on the Platform, you ("the User") accept these Terms.
The Platform is not a private employment agency and does not act as a paid employment intermediary. We do not screen candidates on an employer's behalf, do not negotiate for anyone, and do not charge for placement. The Platform is a place where candidates and employers find each other themselves.
The Platform is intended for people aged 18 and over. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
An employer registering a company confirms they are authorised to act on its behalf.
Using the Platform requires creating an account with accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all actions taken through your account.
One person opens one account. Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or made available to others.
Candidate — creates a resume, gets a personal link, applies to jobs.
Employer — posts jobs, views candidate resumes, receives applications.
You retain rights to your content (resume, job descriptions, profile data). By posting content on the Platform, you grant SendCV Israel a non-exclusive license to display, store, and process it as part of the Service.
For employers: by registering on the Platform, you grant SendCV Israel the right to use your company name, logo, and job data for display on the site, in promotional posts, on the company page, and in SendCV Israel's partner materials.
When you create a resume you receive a personal page at sendcv.co.il/cv/name. This page is open to anyone who has the link — including people not registered on the Platform, and search engines. That is its purpose: the link is shared so that you are found.
The open page shows what you entered yourself: name, occupation, experience, skills, city. Phone and email are closed — only a registered user sees them. The phone can be hidden entirely in your settings.
By publishing your resume you consent to this display of your data. You may hide your resume, remove yourself from the candidate database, or delete your account at any time — the page will then stop opening.
Note: while the page was open, third-party services may have saved or indexed it. We do not control other people's copies and cannot delete them.
The Platform uses artificial intelligence to prepare resume, job, and post text. Such text is provided "as is" and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or invented details.
Whoever publishes the text is responsible for it. Before publishing, you must read what was written and correct anything untrue. By publishing the text you confirm it is accurate.
SendCV Israel is not liable for consequences of publishing inaccurate information prepared with AI and not verified by the user.
A job listing must comply with the laws of the State of Israel on equal opportunity in employment. A job listing must not restrict candidates by characteristics unrelated to the substance of the work.
Requirements arising directly from the substance of the work (for example a specific driving licence, a work permit, a required level of language) are lawful and permitted.
We may amend, hide, or remove a listing that breaks these rules without prior notice, and block an account for repeated breaches. The employer who posted the listing is responsible for its content.
The Platform lets an employer rate a candidate after hiring, and a candidate rate a company after an interview or employment. Reviews are visible to other users.
A review must describe personal experience and relate to work. Insults, obscenity, information about health, private life, religion and origin, and knowingly false statements are prohibited.
A review is the personal opinion of its author, not the position of the Platform. We do not review them in advance and do not confirm their accuracy.
If a review about you breaks these rules or contains untruths, write to us with a link and an explanation of what exactly is untrue. We will consider the request and may hide or remove the review. A company may also reply publicly to a review about it.
On receiving a candidate's contact details, the employer undertakes to use them solely to make contact about employment at their company.
Breaking these rules leads to immediate loss of access to the database. The employer is independently responsible to the candidate and to the law for how they handled the data received.
We may restrict access or block an account for breach of these Terms, or on reasonable suspicion of fraud or harm to other users. Where possible we warn in advance and explain the reason.
You may delete your account at any time in your settings. What happens to data after deletion is described in the Privacy Policy.
As of the effective date of these Terms, all Platform features are provided free of charge.
Paid services may be introduced later. Their scope, price, and payment terms will be described separately and before payment. Paid services will not include a fee for placement itself.
SendCV Israel does not guarantee employment or successful hiring. The Platform is a tool connecting candidates and employers. We are not responsible for users' conduct toward one another.
We do not verify the accuracy of resumes, listings, or company information, and do not endorse them. Decisions about hiring and about taking a job are yours alone and at your own risk.
The Service is provided "as is". We aim for uninterrupted operation but do not guarantee it, and are not liable for losses caused by outages, errors, or data loss, to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by the law of the State of Israel. Disputes shall be heard by the competent court in the State of Israel.
We may update these Terms. We will notify you of changes by email or via a notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
